Pricing & Points
How do points work?
Points are consumed based on the AI model used and the length of your interactions. More powerful models like GPT-4o use more points than models like Claude 3.5 Haiku. Points are only consumed when you interact with AI models.
What's the conversion rate between points and API calls?
The conversion varies by model. For example, a 1,000-token conversation with Claude 3.5 Haiku might cost 50 points, while the same conversation with Claude 3.7 Sonnet might cost 250 points. Our dashboard shows detailed point usage for complete transparency.
What happens if I run out of points?
You can purchase additional points on top of your subscription or continue using AIOS with your own API keys if configured. Otherwise, you'll be prompted to purchase more points or switch to using your own API keys. We never automatically charge you for more points.
How do subscriptions work?
With a subscription, you're billed monthly and receive a fixed allocation of points at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused points roll over for up to 3 months. You can purchase additional points at any time to supplement your subscription.
Are there discounts for buying additional points?
Yes! Subscription members receive discounted rates when purchasing additional points. The discount increases with each purchase within a 12-month period, up to 20% off standard point pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription tier at any time. When upgrading, you'll receive immediate access to the additional points. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in complete transparency. You only pay for your subscription and any additional points you purchase. There are no hidden costs or minimum usage requirements.
